Is VAT included in prices quoted and are there any hidden charges?
Yes VAT is already included at the Cyprus rate of 19% and there are no hidden charges! You only pay for your product and delivery.
How is payment processed and who handles my card details?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. This way your payment is secure, and we never even get to see your bank details or any personal payment information. Please contact us on (+357)99 558 358 on normal shop hours or email (email@example.com) us to arrange a telephone conversation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally! Just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org with your address and products you 'd like to purchase and we 'll get an exact shipping quote for your order. Should you choose to proceed with purchase we will arrange shipping!
What are the shipping charges and how will my order be delivered?
For orders within Cyprus we use a local, fast and reliable courier service which is insured. Your package will be delivered to a pick up point that is most convenient for you.
Our eshop is not responsible for customs duty or brokerage fees on overseas orders. These will have to be paid by the customer where applicable. If an item is returned to us as unclaimed we will contact you to arrange for the item to be redelivered. In such circumstances we are unable to offer any refund on your order, but delivery will be arranged as soon as possible. Please respect that if such a situation occurs there will be an extra charge for postage to cover the cost of resending the item for you. Please note that our shop cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once they have been handed to the Post Office for delivery to overseas locations.
Can I exchange or return my purchase?
We want you to be happy with your order, so if for any reason you need to return an item, please email us at email@example.com, within 7 days of receiving your items to arrange an exchange or a refund (minus the shipping costs). Please do not send us the item back without at first emailing us, or your return may not get processed!
Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you with the same labels and packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice too. We cannot make refunds or exchanges for goods that have been damaged in any way or that the packaging has been opened. We will not be able to refund or exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
The item and the cost of returning it to us is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the item back using a secure postage or our courier service. This way you will be able to check when it has been received by us.
